Biography
Dr. Angel Molina Leon is a clinical Neurophysiologist. He obtained his Degree in Neurophysiology from Hospital Complex of Toledo. He has undergone training in various fields like Neurology, Internal Medicine, Neuropaediatric ward, psychiatric ward, Electroencephalography, Electromyography and Sensorimotor Conduction, and undergone training for 3 years at General Sleep Disorders Unit at Hospital Complex of Toledo and Epilepsy & Electrocorticography at King’s college Hospital, London. He has a 8 years professional experience in the Neurophysiology Clinic in the Private Medical Centre Virgen de la Caridad, in Cartagena, Murcia, Spain which works in conjunction with the Social Security hospitals and he has professional experience in confirming and diagnosing a wide and varied range of neuromuscular pathologies by means of electromyography and electrocephalogram /polysomnography, and multimodal evoked potential responses. He was in charge of evaluating patients with various sleep disorders particularly; apnoea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, REM nightmares, night-terrors, sleep paralysis, nocturnal epilepsy, hypersomnia with the evaluation of more than 500 patients a year and 150 night polysomnographies a year.
